Valerie is a natural caregiver and self-starter with a heart for helping seniors and their families feel supported, respected, and at ease. Drawing on her strong sense of responsibility and compassion, she provides non-clinical in-home care that brings comfort, safety, and peace of mind to everyday life.
She offers personal care, companionship, and household assistance. With every visit, Valerie brings warmth, patience, and professionalism—meeting each person where they are and creating a sense of trust that feels like family.
Originally from California, Valerie now calls Meridian, Idaho, home. After retiring from a meaningful career in law enforcement with Santa Clara County, she followed her calling to serve others in a more personal way. Through Valerie’s Senior Support Solutions, she combines her dedication to helping people with her natural ability to create calm and comfort—bringing dignity, compassion, and dependable care to every household she serves.
Valerie lives in Meridian, Idaho with her husband and four dogs - Snickers, Cashew, Almond, and Nilla. They love to travel the country in their RV and their four fur children love to travel, as well. Valerie finds joy in helping others through compassion and support.
